“Bouche à Oreille” (Word of mouth) is an oeno-literary tasting - Listen to the wine, taste the texts... Twelve authors have put their imaginations into effervescence to tell the story of the personality of twelve grape varieties. These literary creations are delivered to the public together with excellent wines from here and abroad.

Environment & Development Category : Bike'N' Wine, Balerna (Ticino). A guided tour of Ticino's premier wine-growing region, including a visit to a traditional regional vineyard, an exploration of the Mendrisiotto vineyard, a region often called the "Tuscany of Switzerland", a Merlot tasting in the middle of a vineyard accompanied by an aperitif including typical local produce of the region.
Architecture & Landscape Category: Daval Castle, Sierre (Valais). Daval Castle offers a magical setting to its guests, with its five rooms, each decorated according to an emblematic grape variety of the region, and its location in the middle of the vineyards of Sierre on the Hill of Daval. Guests are invited to a wine tasting upon arrival. The local produce and especially those of the estate are particularly highlighted.
Services & Organisation Category : Oenotourism experience in Salquenen (Valais). The municipality of Salgesch presents in a clear and dynamic way one of the largest wine tourism experiences in the Valais, with a multitude of offers in partnership with the associations of the region and the wine-growing village of Salquenen. More than 20 sports, cultural, hiking and other activities combine pleasure and wine.
Discovery & Innovation Category: Sion & Wine Tour, Sion (Valais). A touristic experience par excellence that offers a guided tour and discovery of three historic sites located in the old town. A visit during which five wines are presented and tasted culminating around a Valaisan platter.
Catering & Hospitality Category: Stall 247, Maienfeld (Graubünden). Stall 247 offers a unique gastronomic experience in a converted stable, presenting the wine and cuisine of Maienfeld. More than 20 regional wines are available by the glass. Most of them can be purchased in the on-site shop that offers many Swiss specialities. The kitchen offers refined dishes and regional specialities.
