Vignerons de Tutiac

Regional Winner - Sustainable Wine Tourism Practices - Bordeaux

Les Vignerons de Tutiac” go one step further regarding environmental preservation. Bordeaux’s leading cooperative winery is committed to an Agri Confiance® approach that encourages an environmentally friendly viticulture. Tutiac is certified “HVE level 2” and bans the use of toxic CMR products classified as "carcinogenic, mutagenic or reprotoxic". Its objective? To obtain the third level of the certification process (HVE3) and be fully crowned with the "High Environmental Value" label. Thanks to the "Bordeaux’s vineyard in 2030" tour, visitors will dive into the heart of the experimental vineyard to learn about the challenges of sustainable viticulture. They will discover the research and trials carried out by Tutiac for the well-being of tomorrow’s vineyard, in view of elaborating wines with a Zero Pesticide Residue (ZRP) label.
