Solar de Merufe


O Solar de Merufe, integrado numa quinta do Norte de Portugal, datada do século XV, dedica-se ao enoturismo, sendo produtor de várias marcas de vinho. A tradição na produção de vinhos dura há séculos e, atualmente, o objetivo principal é a criação de produtos autênticos baseados em sistemas biológicos. O Solar produz vinhos de reserva, vinhos espumantes, de colheita tardia e vinagres balsâmicos, em total respeito pela riqueza e natureza paisagística da região dos Vinhos Verdes.

Solar de Merufe

The Solar de Merufe is a typical manor house of the North of Portugal which dates back to the 15th century. The tradition of wine making lasts for centuries and, in modern times, the prime goal has been the creation of authentic products based in biological systems. The Solar produces reserve wines, sparkling wines, late harvest and balsamic vinegars, in total respect for the rich botanical environment and nature of the Vinhos Verdes wine region.

CADE Estate Winery

Perched high upon Napa's elusive Howell Mountain, CADE Winery is a unique, state-of-the-art winery, and Napa Valley’s first organically farmed winery awarded LEED Gold Certification by the U.S. Green Building Council. Experiences are their “Current Release Tasting” on the hour daily, their “Wine & Cheese Tasting and Tour”, Friday to Sunday and their “Tour and Cave Tasting” daily. CADE Winery is available for a small number of private events. Napa Valley's top chefs design personal menus using local seasonal ingredients expertly paired with CADE and PlumpJack Wines.

HALL Napa Valley

HALL is a premier winery with 500 acres of estate vineyards of Bordeaux varietals. Owners Craig and Ambassador Kathryn Hall maintain a strong respect for the environment through organic farming and state-of-the-art production facilities built to LEED standards. In fact, HALL St. Helena was named as the first LEED certified winery in California. Through meticulous attention to detail, HALL’s award-winning wines express the unique and diverse character of Napa Valley's soils and climates. 


Quintessa owners Augustin and Valeria Huneeus bought this beautiful 280 acre estate when it was filled with oak trees and farmland. They turned it into a leading vineyard in Rutherford, and practiced first pest-friendly, organic farming, before converting to biodynamic, partly in 2002 and then fully in 2005. Visitors learn about this holistic approach to winemaking in a calming, enriching environment. 

Long Meadow Ranch

Our 650 acre property is devoted to organic and sustainable farming. We run a modern, commercially successful family farm and we're widely acknowledged as a purveyor of fine food. Our philosophy is "Eat Fresh & Eat Local". 

Bioweingut Lorenz

The Lorenz organic winery stands for eco wine culture, top quality, open hospitality and a real zest for life. To enable future generations enjoy a viable environment, Lorenz supports handling natural resources responsibly and an intact ecosystem, working in the vineyard and cellar to EU eco rules, using regenerable energies, and seeks to pass on this awareness to guests at numerous events.


Visitors are welcome seven days a week all year round to enjoy cellar tours, tastings, the restaurant, beautiful gardens and scenery. Delheim has a rigorous conservation management plan and also founded the Klapmutskop Conservancy where several ecotourism initiatives have been established. The Delheim community is supported by BEE, training, financial assistance, a vegetable garden and a crèche.

Chateau Cablanc

Chateau Cablanc is only ten minutes from Saint Emilion but is located in a tiny hidden-away valley. The family-orientated tour takes visitors on a nature trail through the valley and its vineyards, explaining the importance of protecting the local environment in quality wine-making.
