Luce at the InterContinental San Francisco

The Michelin-star Luce showcases modern American cuisine and features a menu reflecting the surrounding farms. The 400-label wine list highlights Old and New World wine with emphasis on California. The list is organized by varietals and region, with a large selection of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Cabernet Sauvignon from Napa, Sonoma, Mendocino, and Central Coast. Located at the InterContinental San Francisco hotel, Luce has been honored with a Wine Spectator “Award of Excellence” since 2010.

Farmstead at Long Meadow Ranch

Farmstead at Long Meadow Ranch features the seasonal, ingredient driven American farmhouse cooking of chef Stephen Barber. We feature an authentic, farm-to-table menu with ingredients foraged from local sources and feature Long Meadow Ranch's all natural grass-fed beef, organic and sustainably produced wine, eggs, fruits, vegetables, extra virgin olive oil, vinegar and honey.
We welcome large parties for wedding receptions, family gatherings and corporate groups seeking unique spaces and menus.

Winery Restaurant Conceitus

The 120 ha of Quinta Nova de Nossa Senhora do Carmo, in the heart of the Douro Region, tell the 250 year old wine production history (1764). Through this awarded and renowned Wine Tourism project, visitors are welcomed at the Hotel and have access to a Winery Restaurant, cellar and wine deposit, wine programmes and technical visits, wine and olive oil tasting, a shop, a wine bar, a museum and magnificent spaces, pedestrian tours and swimming pool surrounded by vineyards.

Os 120 ha da Quinta Nova de Nossa Senhora do Carmo, no coração do vale do Douro, contam a história de 250 anos de produção de vinhos (1764). Neste premiado e reconhecido projeto de Enoturismo, os visitantes são acolhidos no Hotel e têm acesso a um Winery Restaurant, adega e garrafeira, programas vínicos e visitas técnicas, provas de vinho e azeites, uma loja, um wine bar, um museu e magníficos espaços, circuitos pedestres e piscina entre as vinhas.

Waterkloof Wines

Gorgeously appointed in a 10 metre high glass promontory flowing from the modern wine tasting lounge and gravitational cellar, the restaurant is set against a majestic backdrop of vineyards and mountains.  Waterkloof is a fine dining Winelands destination, where sophisticated contemporary classics marry elegant wines for an elevated food and wine experience.

Weingut Hildegardishof

Moderne tout en restant attaché aux traditions, le restaurant Hildegardishof peut accueillir plus de 300 invités dans plusieurs salles. On y sert une cuisine authentique et locale et une sélection des meilleurs vins de Rheinhessen y est proposée. Avec plus de 30 variétés de cépages différents cultivés dans cette région, les amateurs peuvent déguster un large éventail de vins de qualité.

Camphors at Vergelegen

«Camphors at Vergelegen», tient son nom de la superbe plantation de camphriers datant de 1700 qui trônent devant la ferme. Le domaine produit des vins classiques, que le chef  P. J. Vadas et son équipe ont pris soin d’accorder avec les mets du restaurant, aux influences modernes locales et internationales. Le sommelier Christo Deyzel et son  équipe, conseillent les convives sur le menu et la sélection de vins, pour leur assurer une expérience Mets et Vins plaisante et instructive.


Ruca Malen was one of the first wineries in Mendoza to develop the tasting menu concept and has positioned itself as one of the most successful restaurants in wineries in Argentina. Their goal is to express the terroir in each of the elements that make up the experience of having lunch at Ruca Malén, offering the best pairing of wines with the local cuisine.
