Logroño’s old town is full of bars and restaurants. There must be fifty in a two hundred yard radius. But La Tavina isn’t just a bar, it’s a one stop gastronomic experience that earned it a 2016 regional ‘Best Of Wine Tourism’ award for Innovative Wine Tourism Experiences.
La Tavina took over a building at the beginning of Laurel street, so it’s one of the first places that wine and tapas lovers come across when visiting the old town. On the ground floor there’s a wine and tapas bar where you can enjoy a variety of wines from around the world and an innovative selection of small bites created from locally sourced ingredients, either at the spacious counters inside or outside the building.

The second floor is a well-stocked wine shop with over two hundred references and tables where you can enjoy a bottle of wine and food from the kitchen in a more intimate setting. Here, La Tavina regularly schedules food and wine pairing events featuring winemakers from all over Spain.
The third floor houses the kitchen and the restaurant where a daily menu or a la carte selections are available for lunch and dinner.
