Within the Great Wine Capitals Global Network, commercial, industrial and services firms of the member cities can benefit from a range of services, thanks to the partnerships existing between the different institutions in the Capitals.

Those services aim at facilitating the welcoming,  business contacts and logistics for companies during their business trips abroad.

Commercial, production or services companies from one of the member cities in the Network, can use the Business Services Network when they consider going on a business trip in order to carry out their export, import or partnership project in another city, according to the specified sectors.

The correspondent in your region is a privileged partner who will supply you with information on the city you want to visit, its economy, the institutional partners and the firms you may wish to visit.

Assistance during your stay
In each of the member cities of the Network, an office can be provided with telephone, fax and photocopier so that you can work, arrange appointments and receive your contacts during your stay.

At your request, your local correspondent will reserve conference rooms, hotel rooms, audio-visual material, and may organise your car rental. He may also recommend you an interpreter to assist you in your business meetings. Your correspondent will provide you with legal expertise in case of commercial disputes.

Logistic facilities
Thanks to the Business Services Network, you will be able to take advantage of reductions on hotels, car rental companies, interpreters, etc.

Organisation of meetings
Before your business trip abroad, the Business Services Network correspondent in your city, with the collaboration of the city you are interested in, will be able to direct you on the contact you need in terms of import, export or partnership. Your local correspondent will then organise a business programme (free of charge or after a quote) according to your wishes and to the activity sectors in which the correspondent can intervene
