The  Constantia  Vineyards

The region is named after the original farm Constantia, whose legendary wines were sought after by the 18th and 19th century European aristocracy, requested by Napoleon, and praised by Charles Dickens and Jane Austen. The historic Constantia Valley has now been re-established as one of the finest wine-growing areas of the Cape.
