- The Australian College of Wine (ACW) is a world class wine industry
education and research facility initiated by Northern Melbourne
Institute of TAFE (NMIT) in Victoria, Australia.
- The ACW provides quality training in viticulture, winemaking, wine
evaluation and wine marketing. It is unique in Australia in that it
offers a range of programs from intensive short courses to Certificate
and Diploma level studies. The courses are designed for those already
working in the industry and wanting to upgrade their skills, and for
those looking to enter the industry.
- The ACW has 5 vineyards located in some of Australia’s premier
wine growing districts, covering a wide range of climatic and soil
conditions. Each vineyard is planted down with a range of traditional
