The Diploma and Masters courses in Wine Technology and Marketing at Monash University, use an integrated approach to cover all of the many facets involved in wine business enterprises - from the production of grapes, through to wine making, to wine marketing and distribution, in both  Australia and the rapidly growing export market.

Australian College of Wine
The Australian College of Wine (ACW) is a world class wine industry education and research facility initiated by Northern Melbourne Institute of TAFE (NMIT) in Victoria, Australia.
The ACW provides quality training in viticulture, winemaking, wine evaluation and wine marketing. It is unique in Australia in that it offers a range of programs from intensive short courses to Certificate and Diploma level studies. The courses are designed for those already working in the industry and wanting to upgrade their skills, and for those looking to enter the industry.
The ACW has 5 vineyards located in some of Australia’s premier wine growing districts, covering a wide range of climatic and soil conditions. Each vineyard is planted down with a range of traditional and non-traditional varietals for training and research purposes.
The ACW oldest vineyard at Eden Park produces commercial quantities of red and white wine and has won awards at wine shows throughout Australia.

Australian & International Agricultural Exchange - Australia
A wide range of agricultural training is available as an exchange student in the Americas, Europe and Australia.
 
This program enables young people, aged between 18 years and 35 years, to travel overseas and gain practical agricultural experience toward their career objective. They also develop an awareness of world agriculture and the interdependence of each country on the other.
 
Opportunities are available in both general agriculture and viticulture.
