Casablanca Valley is the pioneer valley for cold weather wines. Its history begins in September of 1982, next to the outstanding Enologist Pablo Morandé who impelled its formation. Its main motivation was the proximity of the coast, the existence of underground water tables and the study of vegetation in the area. Until the germination of the grasses it caught his attention, as well as the sprouting of the thorns, the crops in the peasant orchards, where there was even a vine of seed and table grapes.
