The off-show wine event is a fixed appointment in the agenda of wine lovers. Four days of tastings with the finest Italian and international wines paired with gourmet street food specialities. Wine, culture, meetings and entertainment come together in a unique experience in the squares and the most evocative venues in Verona - including Piazza dei Signori, Cortile Mercato Vecchio, Piazza San Zeno, Arsenale, Palazzo Carli - one of the few cities in the world whose historic centre has been entirely declared a Unesco World Heritage site.

A new exciting experience to discover in Valpolicella shire is a guidated DOP EVO (Oil Extra Vergine) comparing tasting.
The winery are often farmer producing wine and oil, like in the best Mediterranean traditions.
The Valpolicella-Garda DOP is the northern area in Europe where the EVO is made on: the Garda lake, the biggest lake in Italy, influences mediteranee microclimate.
Now the best experience is tasting the handcrafted organic EVO oil and wines and comparing flavors of different DOP.
