Good morning,
My name is Claudia from Northern Italy. I studied enology, viticulture, and winemaking at the University of Milan. I am currently part of the master in Wine Tourism Innovation, an international program, at the moment located in Bordeaux.
I am looking to apply for an internship position in wine tourism and marketing from the beginning of June.
The wine world has been in my life since high school, first wine production and then wine business. Combining my passion for experiencing new cultures and traveling, I am now looking forward to exploring firsthand the wine tourism sector, broadening my professional knowledge and personal baggage. My professional goal would be to valorize Italian wine regions with great wine and tourism potential, but that are still unknown outside of the region. All of this while promoting sustainable tourism and development. I believe that Great Wine Capitals combines all these aspects, promoting authentic experiences by the creation of cooperation networks.
I am very motivated, outgoing, and I enjoy working in teams. Given my previous experiences abroad, I am fascinated by learning new things, cultures, and I like to get involved. My mother tongue is Italian, I speak English fluently, and I am improving my Spanish.
