Zuccardi Valle de Uco
The winery is integrated into its surroundings and constructed with materials from the region: rock from the Piedra Infinita Farm, water and sand from the Tunuyan River. The walls are all different and have a curvature that contributes to its similarity to the Andes Mountains.
The landscaping respects the most important qualities of the terroir. We tried to integrate the winery into nature and its surroundings.
It has a strong sustainable profile. It possesses great natural light without the necessity for the use of artificial light thanks to the skylights and large windows. All the tanks, exclusively designed through years of investigation, are
constructed with concrete.
The Zuccardi winery in Valle de Uco has an area that is dedicated to tourism where the restaurant, Piedra Infinita Cocina, is the highlight, with an impressive view of the mountains and the vineyards. The winery offers two tasting
rooms to the visitor: a circular room below the steel dome, softened by wood finishing; and a second room that is subterranean, integrated with the barrel room, where the original paintings of some of the most important labels can be admired.
