While on the outside clear and simple lines dominate, integrating rather subtly, minimalist and quite technically into the surroundings, inside
the building the tasting room inspires with large glass surfaces that allow extensive views of the production area and the barrique cellar.
This visual linking if not only production and tasting but also the surrounding hilly Rheinhessen landscape offers visitors a deep insight into
the world of wines.

Weingut Hildegardishof

Modern but also committed to tradition, the Hildegardishof wine restaurant can accommodate more than 300 guests in several rooms and serves
authentic local cuisine and excellent wines from Rheinhessen. Naturally, with over 30 different grape varieties that are currently cultivated, a
wide range of wine tastings is available.

Oliver de Luca

Oliver de Luca is known in Mainz not only for his program „Wine & Magic“ in cooperation with Gebert’s Weinstuben, Best Of Wine Tourism
Award winner in the category of Wine Tourism Restaurants in 2009. His idea of enchanting guests as a wizardly host, by combining magic
moments, food and wine and thus creating a wholistic and sensous experience, inspires his audience again and again.

Restaurant Kupferberg

In the category Wine Restaurants, the jury honoured the Restaurant Kupferberg in Mainz for its successful mix of sophisticated cuisine inspired by regional cooking, an all-encompassing wine list featuring Rheinhessen wines, and the site of the former Sektkellerei Kupferberg. The historic atmosphere and its long-standing tradition are combined with an elegant ambience and 200 years of sparkling wine culture. Through its restaurant, a wide public benefits equally from the architectural marvel and the beautiful park-like garden.

Luce at the InterContinental San Francisco

The Michelin-star Luce showcases modern American cuisine and features a menu reflecting the surrounding farms. The 400-label wine list highlights Old and New World wine with emphasis on California. The list is organized by varietals and region, with a large selection of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Cabernet Sauvignon from Napa, Sonoma, Mendocino, and Central Coast. Located at the InterContinental San Francisco hotel, Luce has been honored with a Wine Spectator “Award of Excellence” since 2010.

Farmstead at Long Meadow Ranch

Farmstead at Long Meadow Ranch features the seasonal, ingredient driven American farmhouse cooking of chef Stephen Barber. We feature an authentic, farm-to-table menu with ingredients foraged from local sources and feature Long Meadow Ranch's all natural grass-fed beef, organic and sustainably produced wine, eggs, fruits, vegetables, extra virgin olive oil, vinegar and honey.
We welcome large parties for wedding receptions, family gatherings and corporate groups seeking unique spaces and menus.

Winery Restaurant Conceitus

The 120 ha of Quinta Nova de Nossa Senhora do Carmo, in the heart of the Douro Region, tell the 250 year old wine production history (1764). Through this awarded and renowned Wine Tourism project, visitors are welcomed at the Hotel and have access to a Winery Restaurant, cellar and wine deposit, wine programmes and technical visits, wine and olive oil tasting, a shop, a wine bar, a museum and magnificent spaces, pedestrian tours and swimming pool surrounded by vineyards.
