Winery Restaurant Conceitus

Os 120 ha da Quinta Nova de Nossa Senhora do Carmo, no coração do vale do Douro, contam a história de 250 anos de produção de vinhos (1764). Neste premiado e reconhecido projeto de Enoturismo, os visitantes são acolhidos no Hotel e têm acesso a um Winery Restaurant, adega e garrafeira, programas vínicos e visitas técnicas, provas de vinho e azeites, uma loja, um wine bar, um museu e magníficos espaços, circuitos pedestres e piscina entre as vinhas.

Waterkloof Wines

Gorgeously appointed in a 10 metre high glass promontory flowing from the modern wine tasting lounge and gravitational cellar, the restaurant is set against a majestic backdrop of vineyards and mountains.  Waterkloof is a fine dining Winelands destination, where sophisticated contemporary classics marry elegant wines for an elevated food and wine experience.

Camphors at Vergelegen

«Camphors at Vergelegen», tient son nom de la superbe plantation de camphriers datant de 1700 qui trônent devant la ferme. Le domaine produit des vins classiques, que le chef  P. J. Vadas et son équipe ont pris soin d’accorder avec les mets du restaurant, aux influences modernes locales et internationales. Le sommelier Christo Deyzel et son  équipe, conseillent les convives sur le menu et la sélection de vins, pour leur assurer une expérience Mets et Vins plaisante et instructive.

RUCA MALEN WINERY

Ruca Malen was one of the first wineries in Mendoza to develop the tasting menu concept and has positioned itself as one of the most successful restaurants in wineries in Argentina. Their goal is to express the terroir in each of the elements that make up the experience of having lunch at Ruca Malén, offering the best pairing of wines with the local cuisine.

With a privileged view of vineyards and the Andes, the exceptional wines and excellent cuisine, this winery is an excellent choice to enjoy a tasting menu.

Farmstead at Long Meadow Ranch

Farmstead at Long Meadow Ranch features the seasonal, ingredient driven American farmhouse cooking of chef Stephen Barber. Featuring an authentic, farm-to-table menu with ingredients foraged from local sources and feature Long Meadow Ranch's all natural grass-fed beef, organic and sustainably produced wine, eggs, fruits, vegetables, extra virgin olive oil, vinegar and honey. Large parties for wedding receptions, family gatherings and corporate groups seeking unique spaces and menus are welcome. 

Northburn Station

The Shed Cellar Door Restaurant at Northburn Station was also recognised by the Awards. Fresh seasonal vegetables from two large kitchen gardens together with other Station and local produce are combined in The Shed’s delicious menu. This picturesque venue is located on a high country merino station overlooking Lake Dunstan and with views of the Pisa Range mountains. It offers the region’s only wine and food matched tasting using the finest Northburn produce.

VINUM  – restaurant & wine bar was created from a passion for wine and a deep attachment to the beautiful Douro vineyards.  From our mountain terraces and the stony soil come the finest wines, first to Oporto and then to the rest of the world.
The concept of this restaurant has been born out of a wish to reflect the specific terroir of our wines, combined with the international and cosmopolitan flavor of our cuisine.

The Yeatman Restaurant
