DOC Restaurant-Rui Paula

The DOC is the great restaurant of the Douro, at regional and national level, integrating the main gastronomic guide of the country, the newspaper Expresso. It works in a building and a stunning setting and has a capacity of about 65 people, not counting the terrace lounge. Offers a catering service and has served the most important culinary and wine events. Rui Paula is the chef and owner and a practicing ethnic cuisine with a strong emotional connection to wine.

The Wine Spectator Greystone Restaurant at The Culinary Institute of America

The Wine Spectator Greystone Restaurant offers a menu inspired by the bounty of Napa Valley with seasonal ingredients sourced from the CIA’s own farms and other local purveyors. During their final semester and under the guidance of CIA instructors, students prepare and serve the innovative menu, as well as give insight into the wine and cocktail menus. La Toque Restaurant

La Toque is Chef Ken Frank’s award winning restaurant located at The Westin Verasa Napa, in Napa California. The innovative design by CCS Architecture of San Francisco features a gleaming show kitchen so guests can observe the culinary brigade in action and a beautiful marble sommelier station in the dining room to showcase the wines chosen for the nights wine pairings. Napa Valley Wine Train

This unusual and top quality restaurant shows just how innovative the Napa Valley can be. Among some serious competition, this stood out for its wonderful setting, in an antique train that runs on 25-mile track through the Napa Valley, as well as its fresh seasonal ingredients. The train has three kitchens that create regional specialties, and serves them with hard to find wines. 

Bodegas y Viñedos O.Fournier - Urban

The Urban restaurant at O. Fournier is found within the Visitors Center of O.Fournier winery. The restaurant’s glass cubicle structure floating over a reflective mirror of water, together with its clean and minimalist decoration, enable up to 80 guests to admire the Andes mountain range from any angle. On warm days we move the restaurant to the deck where one can have lunch on the edge of the lake

Gebert´s Weinstuben

The restaurant, in the meantime run in the fifth generation, can seat 48 guests in friendly modern surroundings, uniting elegance with over a hundred years of wine tradition. The combination of historic charm and informality has gained it the nickname 'Mainz Living Room.' The kitchen backs continuity and regionalism and the wine list includes over 150 great wines from the region.

The Country Kitchen at Mont Rochelle Vineyards
