Casablanca Valley celebrates traditional Pinot Noir Night

The event will take place at Romania Embassy on October 23. Casablanca Valley will gather its vineyards to present exclusively the latest vintages of the best Pinot Noirs and sparkling wines made 100% with Pinot Noir.
It’s a night dedicated to one of the most emblematic vines in the Valley: the elegant Pinot Noir. This variety holds the title of some of the most expensive wines in the world and is more than a thousand years older than Cabernet Sauvignon. However, it is a difficult variety to cultivate and to vinify, for that reason the merit of valley in mastering its production.

The name of this strain is derived from the French words; Pineapple black, since it has tight clusters, conical and with the shape of this fruit.
According to Wine Independent Press, “Casablanca Valley Pinot Noirs have reached an excellent level of quality over a decade, and in general that high quality is present in all wines of this variety."
