For the 2nd edition of the living wines festival, taste prestigious wines in the magnificent setting of the Auberge de l’Abbaye de Montheron. Chef Rafael Rodriguez (16/20 Gault&Millau guide, Michelin Green Star) will prepare a mouth-watering menu inspired by the wines. During the day, there will be conferences, local specialities to be sampled and, in the evening, a DJ.
For the first time, Jura winegrowers from South Revermont and Arbois will present their deep wines, respectful of the environment.
