What's the Divinum Wine Fair?

It is an event of the wine world not to be missed in the French-speaking part of Switzerland, which will take place at the Parc de Sports in Morges, near Lausanne, from April 1st to 6th 2020!

Vendimia (Wine Harvest Festival) is the largest national festival in Argentina and has been celebrated since 1936. Nowadays, the central act of this celebration is an imposing allegorical show with great choreography framed in a display of light and sound that takes place on a
130-meter stage wide at the Frank Romero Day Amphitheater nestled in the middle of the hills surrounding the city of Mendoza.

 

Wine tourism events abound in the Rioja region.  Every week our cities, towns and individual wineries organize activities for visitors and locals alike.  Here are three of the most popular events for you to enjoy:  the Haro Train Station Experience and the harvest festivals in Rioja Alavesa and Logroño.

San Francisco wine tasting events offer visitors the chance to sample amazing wines from both local wineries and other producers from all around the world. Events range from the large Chronicle Wine Competition in February to smaller events such as four-hour wine walks in Noe Valley and the Marina neighborhoods. Essência do Vinho – Porto

20-23 February, Palácio da Bolsa, Porto

There will be about 3,000 national and international wines from 400 producers available for open tasting, from 20 to 23 February. The 17th edition of Essência do Vinho is back to the imposing Palácio da Bolsa with masterclasses, wine tastings with commentary, including the “Top 10 Portuguese Wines”, previously chosen by a jury associated with the magazine Revista de Vinhos, food and wine pairings and the tasting of delicacies.

In Spain the holiday season is a marathon that lasts about a month, from December 8 with the Feast of the Immaculate Conception to January 6, the celebration of Epiphany.
