The company with headquarters in Bingen (Rheinhessen) exports wine to more than 35 countries and so is spanning a wine net around the world. Be it a classic Riesling, a fruity white, organic and vegan wines or a smooth red one: their wines are enjoyed on every continent.
Perhaps you already know „Black Tower“. It pays homage to the Mäuseturm – a famous landmark in Bingen. With 12 million bottles sold all over the world, it is in fact, Germany’s most exported wine brand.
Quality starts in the vineyard
Quality is at the heart of production. Which is why next to wine cellars in Leiwen and Gau-Bickelheim, they also run an in-house lab at their botteling site in Bingen. Additionally, Reh Kendermann maintains long-term partnerships with wine producers in other German wine regions.
A family business for more than 100 years
One of the recipes for its success seems to be the combination between tradition and modernisation. Since 1920, the family Reh has been working in viniculture and is still passionate about wine. At present, the third generation is running the business.
They have come a long way from their beginnings in Leiwen in the Moselle valley. The company keeps expanding and creating new wine brands, such as Weinhaus Reh Kendermann, Wanderlust or Strandgut Weinschorle, wine spritzer mainly sold in Germany.
