My name is Chiara Rubegni, and I am a passionate student in the field of wine and enotourism. I am writing to apply for an internship position at your winery from June 3rd to June 28th, with a particular interest in roles related to enotourism and direct customer interaction.
I am 23 years old and I am Italian. I have completed my studies in Communication Sciences at the University of Siena, where I have developed a strong foundation in communication and interpersonal skills. However, my true passion lies in the world of wine, influenced by my family’s small, family-run winery in the picturesque Tuscan countryside.
From a young age, I have cultivated an interest in the wine industry and have undertaken the first level of the sommelier course at AIS (Italian Sommelier Association), a course that I intend to complete after finishing my current academic program. Currently, I am part of the Wintour master’s program, where I am deepening my knowledge in wine tourism.
My main goal is to learn as much as possible about the enotourism offerings of your winery and, if possible, contribute my perspective and ideas to improve and evolve these activities. I am confident that my passion, academic background, and personal experience can add value to your team.
