Dr Irma Dupuis Day is a Lecturer in Marketing and Wine Business at Adelaide Business School, University of Adelaide. She holds a PhD from the University of Newcastle on marketing technology in the wine sector, plus master degrees from Burgundy School of Business and EM Normandie Business School. Combining academic expertise with industry experience as a former wine brand Marketing Manager, Irma's research focuses on marketing technology, trust, and consumer behaviour in agrifood industries. As Chief Investigator on over $220,000 in grants, her work spans academic publications, international conferences, policy advisory roles, and media.
