Sarah Carlson has been in the role of Executive Officer of the Adelaide Hills Wine Region for four years, after two years with the organisation as the Grower Engagement Officer. Prior to her positions with AHWR, Sarah worked in freelance communications roles primarily for boutique Adelaide Hills wineries, weaving together her experience from a career in publishing in the UK with a Masters of Wine Business from the University of Adelaide. Living and working in the Adelaide Hills for nearly 20 years, Sarah is as passionate an advocate for the region and its residents as she is for its wines.
