Conceived by Caroline Decoster, owner of the estate, this creation pairs each vintage with an iconic song, where musical structures—introduction, chorus, harmonies—become the benchmarks for a tasting guided by rhythm and emotion.
Designed as a true sensory journey, “La Mélodique” offers an uninhibited discourse on wine, combining education and pleasure, and gives visitors the opportunity to prolong the experience thanks to educational booklets registered with the INPI.
By merging the worlds of art and winemaking, Maison Cardinale has turned this encounter between music and wine into a bold innovation, accessible to all and deeply rooted in the creative spirit of Saint-Émilion.
