Viña Casas del Bosque was founded in 1993 in Casablanca Valley by the Cuneo family, which to this day maintains 100% of the ownership.
Thanks to their visión and faith in the valley, Casas del Bosque became one of the pioneering developers of Casablanca as a winemaking appellation.
Under the slogan “Family Passion Wines”, the focus has always been on producing cool climate wines of the highest quality, and being also a referent of the sustainable tourism.
FAMILY PASSION WINES
In the early 1990s, together with his two daughters Paola and Giorgianna, bet on founding a vineyard located in the coldest sector in Las Dichas – Casablanca Valley.
In 1993, Casas del Bosque was born.
Pioneers in the first cool climate valley in Chile ventured into the production of high quality wines. Avant-garde and passionate, the family has carried out this project, where excellence, innovation and being a benchmark of modern sustainable viticulture has been a fundamental part of their philosophy.
Together are the directors of the Liguria Foundation, whose mission is to improve the quality of initial education on vulnerable communities in Chile.
Giorgianna is the Winery Director most heavily involved in the day a day on the cellar as well as the ambicious tourism proyect.
Today after more than 30 years has become one of the most prestigious wineries in Chile, always seeking excellence and to be a referent in a sustainable tourism.
WINE TOURISM
Casas del Bosque has become one of the best wineries to visit in Chile thanks to the care for details and devoted service to our guests. The tourism operation began in 2007, and brings 92,000 visitors every year.
A modern Wine Shop of 220 square meters of avant-garde architecture and design, as well as a large cellar with tasting rooms and three restaurants, make up our tourism facilities.
It is an invitation to reconnect and meet with the roots, the earth, the vineyard, the flowers, and our crops. Our chefs have let their imagination fly based on the vegetables provided by the orchard with organic management during the four seasons, beautiful dishes and rich flavors, which change according to the time of the year … an ode to nature. Antipasti, pizzas made in the purest Italian style with high quality ingredients, fresh homemade pastas and proteins that we guarantee that their breeding comes from animal welfare providers.
A feast of dishes, with an Italian twist, to delight and share with friends and family that pair in perfect harmony with our young line of Botanic Series wines, which comes from carefully selected parcels worked so that the result is the expression of the place.
