At the heart of the Fronsac region, in the pretty village of Saillans, Sally, a certified tutor for the Ecole du Vin de Bordeaux will introduce you to the winery that she established in 2017. Her goal? To blend the best of Bordeaux’s traditions with forward looking wine making approaches and techniques. This mission is reflected in the wine, the decoration of the reception room, but also in the experience of a tasting, a lunch or a visit of the vineyards and the cellar.
