Step into the Château’s old orangery, at the foot of the castle tower, for a fusion cooking class orchestrated by Taichi Sato, the in house chef. His goal? To transcend Médoc’s finest products. While sharing some of his culinary tips, the master will guide you in the preparation of two Japanese specialties from locally sourced products and plants from his own garden. You will then taste these preparations, accompanied by two wines of this Grand Cru Classé of Saint Julien. This culinary journey combines two gastronomic cultures for daring food and wine pairings.
