The jury praised the fantastic and intensive cooperation with Rhine-Hessian winegrowers and the regional menu: The Pollers Häusje restaurant, furnished in a cosy country house style, is a place to arrive, refuel and enjoy – and now also a winner of the 2021 Best Of Wine Tourism Award in the category “Wine Gastronomy.”
Regional cuisine meets international and modern kitchen trends here. One focus is on the preparation of local game dishes. With passion, the Poller family constantly looks for new wines from local winegrowers to offer in their restaurant. They also offer summer tours to the wineries of the whole region and cook on site.
They are also active as cultural and wine ambassadors and were recently rated one of the best 500 guest houses in Germany in the “Falstaff” (wine magazine).
