At Quinta do Bomfim, home to Porto Dow’s since 1896 and cultivated by the Symington family for five generations, there is a restaurant inspired by family cuisines in the Douro – those with large chimneys and wood-fired cooking.
Honoring this central element of conviviality and sharing, we present an open-plan kitchen, with a clear view of all the action, where the unmistakable aroma of the dishes cooked on the stove and wood oven conveys a unique identity.
