Our restaurant menus are based primarily on local ingredients, with attention to their seasonality.
We work closely with a variety of producers in the area and throughout the country, obtaining fresh and first-class products to use in our menus. Our food is prepared in an artisanal way, from the baked goods, the pastries and even the hand made ice cream. We would like to offer our guests, a taste of the typical native and regional cuisines of Argentina.
As for the techniques of our food preparation, we cook mainly over fires. You will find items prepared on the grill, in the mud oven and a combination of traditional techniques, to which we add more advanced, more modern techniques, in order to be able to provide the best experience.
Inspired by the natural context that surrounds us, we have our own organic garden with different types of products from which we source different ingredients for our menus. This helps us to also reduce the environmental impact on the production and transfer of these items.
