The winery is pioneer in establishing itself in the Uco Valley and owns 2,100 hectares: 800 of which are planted with vineyards distributed in its estates “El Oasis” in Los Arboles, “La Pampa” and “San Pablo” in the GI San Pablo and El Tomillo in the GI Paraje Altamira. The heights ranging from 1,050 meters to 1,700 meters above sea level, contemplates different microclimates that, added to the diversity of the soils, achieve different expressions in grapes: mountain wines that express the marvel of the place with refinement and personality.
The San Pablo terroir experience invites us to travel pleasantly with all the senses through the heart of Uco Valley. San Pablo Geographical Indication, immersed in unique vineyards, gives rise to the wines tasted in this unforgettable experience, creating moments that last in memory.
An excellent team of professionals from Bodegas Salentein drives the tour transmitting their knowledge and passion for work to each visitor, to culminate in the tasting of the best wines from the GI San Pablo in an incomparable landscape, which takes 4 hours.
