Valentina Cubi Winery was born in 1970, setting themselves to the production of wine exclusively from their own grapevines. After 30 years of activity, they began their conversion to organic production, gaining in 2010 the proper certification, therefore deciding to transform the whole company into an organic winery. The desire to introduce people to the reality and the beauty of the Valpolicella region, brought to the opening, close to the cellar, of an Agriturismo, which can host people who wish to discover first-hand how a vinery works and the uniqueness of this region. The guests can visit the vinery and the vineyards, guided by passionate and competent people, with tours of the cellars concluded by tastings of their organic wines. Valentina Cubi has created an exclusive environment, inspired by traditional raw materials, thus inviting visitors to rediscover the pleasure of outdoor living and the rhythms of a typical Valpolicella winery.
