General Entry Terms and Conditions
a. Information on how to enter form part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry into this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Conditions of Entry. Entry is via Internet only.
b. Upon voting, entrants accept to receive non-commercial information from Great Wine Capitals.
c. Entrants are able to update their subscription preferences following the promotion.
d. All entries and any copyright subsisting in the entries become and remain the property of the Promoter. By participating in the promotion, each entrant acknowledges that a primary purpose for collection of entrants’ personal information by the Promoter is to become a subscriber to their database. By entering the promotion, each entrant agrees that the Promoter may use entrants’ personal information in this manner. All personal information will be stored at the office of the Promoter. A copy of the Promoter’s Privacy Policy in relation to the treatment of personal information collected may be obtained by contacting the Promoter.

f. Any costs associated with accessing the promotional website remain the responsibility of each entrant and are dependent on the Internet service provider. Any contact details entered incorrectly on the website shall be deemed invalid and result in an ineligible entry.
g. Entry is free and open to anyone who fulfils the entry criteria below. The directors, management and employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter (Great Wine Capitals Global Network) are ineligible to enter the promotion.
h. To enter in this promotion, entrants must visit www.greatwinecapitals.com, and complete in full the online entry form to the specified guidelines during the voting period. In order to fully complete their entry, eligible entrants will be required to provide a valid email address, their first name, last name, and agree to any conditions of entry. Entrants will then be required to vote on their favourite entrant from the list provided.
i. Only one entry per category is permitted, but votes can cast their vote in the seven categories available.
j. Internet entries will be deemed to be accepted at the time of receipt and not at the time of transmission. Entries received will be considered final by the Promoter. Incomplete, inaccurate, erroneous, ineligible or incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid. Entries must be received by the Promoter during the promotional period. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries.
k. The promotional period commences at 9:00am (ACST) / 1:00 am (CET) on October, 30th November 2023 and closes at 5pm (ACST) / 9:30am (CET) on November, 13th 2023.
l. Persons under the age of 18 are ineligible to enter.
m. The Promoter will not be responsible for any incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information communicated in the course of, or in connection with, this promotion if the deficiency is occasioned by any cause outside the reasonable control of the Promoter including without limitation technical malfunctions or failures.
n. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.
o. Caution: any attempt to cause malicious damage or interference with the normal functioning of the promotion website or the information on the website, or to otherwise undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, whether successful or not, the Promoter reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. If the Promoter suffers loss or incurs any costs in connection with any breach of these conditions of entry or any other legal obligation by an entrant, the entrant agrees to indemnify the promoter for those losses, damages and costs.
p. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of anytelephone or network or lines, servers or providers, computer equipment, software,technical problems or traffic congestion on a mobile network, or any combination thereof, or any other technical failures including any damage to entrant’s or any other person’smobile handset or computer related to, or resulting from, participation in this promotionor the downloading of any materials related to this promotion.
q. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned because of infectionby computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, technical failures or anyother causes beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspendthe promotion, subject to any written directions under State or Territory legislation.
