WINE TOURISM INTERNSHIP
3 MONTHS MINIMUM BETWEEN MARCH AND OCTOBER 2023

Château de Rayne Vigneau, 1st Grand Cru Classé de Sauternes in 1855, is a renowned estate 30 minutes south of Bordeaux.
We are looking for a dynamic, smiling and dedicated student for a six-month internship (at least three months) between March and October 2023.
Your missions :
– Provide an unforgettable experience for visitors to Rayne-Vigneau
– Participate in communication and events
Your tasks:
– Welcome visitors/customers
– Organize a wide variety of events (primeurs, brunches, open houses, etc.)
– Participate in stock management and restocking
– Sell and advise
– Guide groups of English visitors, i.e. showing them around the château, then having them taste our wines
– Manage the reservation schedule for all our wine tourism activities
– Handle the statistical processing of these activities and report on them (number of reservations, visits, sales, types of visitors, etc.)
– Register sales on our software
Your profile :
– You enjoy interacting with people
– You have a service oriented mind : you like to satisfy the customer
– You like a job well done
– You can work weekends
– You have the B driver’s license and ideally a vehicle
– You are fluent in English and some knowledge of French
– You are computer literate (Office, etc.)
– You have between a bac +1 and bac +5 level
