With more than 200 participants and two fully booked seminars, this 3rd edition of the Salon des Vaudois Wines was a great success.
The Salon des Vins Vaudois
Organized in collaboration with Vinum and Terravin, the 3rd edition of the Salon des Vins Vaudois was held at Smith and de Luma in the trendy Zürich Binz district.
Open to professionals and the wider public, the vaudois winegrowers were able to introduce the richness of the vaudois terroir and its 6 wine regions to Zurich’s epicureans.
With 3 references of wines each, the participants tasted our unavoidable Chasselas, discovered the local specialities from bubbles to Vermouth, including Servagnin and Escargot Rouge. All this was accompanied by a magnificent buffet by Terre Vaudoise for perfect food and wine pairings.
The seminars
Animated by Mr. Thomas Vaterlaus, editor in chief of Vinum, two seminars were offered, both of which were sold out.
