I am Associate Professor of Marketing at the Department of Management, University of Verona, Italy. I have received my PhD in Marketing from the University of Bergamo in 2008.  I teaches tourism and destination marketing in postgraduate courses, and I am President of the Quality Assurance Group for the Master Degree in Languages for Tourism and Business Communication at the University of Verona. My main research interests include tourism and hospitality marketing (with a focus on tourist behavior and destination marketing) and services marketing (with a focus on co-creation, service quality, and customer experience). I am Associate Editor of the Journal of Consumer Marketing. I have published my works mainly in international journals such as International Journal of Tourism Research, International Journal of Hospitality Management, Psychology & Marketing, and Consumer Behavior in Tourism and Hospitality.
