White Wines

Chardonnay

It was the first variety planted in the Valley and also the one that received the first recognition. Currently, oenologists have developed different types of Chardonnay ranging from fresh and fruity to more complex and elegant wines.

Sauvignon Blanc

It is the Valley´s emblematic wine recognized in Chile and abroad, thus allowing Casablanca to become a reference for this variety in the entire world. We may proudly state that Casablanca has achieved unquestioned constancy in this variety and is the origin of the most outstanding Chilean Sauvignon Blanc. Today it represents about 40% of the hectares planted in the Valley.

Red Wines from Cold Climates

Casablanca is not only famous for its white wines. A great job with Pinot Noir and Syrah has established the Valley as a zone of enormous potential for the production of cold-climate red wines of excellent quality.

Pinot Noir

Casablanca was the first winemaking area to produce high-quality Pinot Noir in Chile. Since 2005, it has become the most prominent red variety, with the wines ranking among the finest in specialized magazines.

Syrah

Being a new red variety in the Valley, it has been highly praised in wine magazines. The world´s most prominent wine writers agree that cold-climate Syrah has one of the greatest potentials in Chile.

The excellent quality of grape production is managed according to the highest requirements and with environmental care. It is supervised by experts working in the different vineyard growing stages day by day to obtain the best-quality musts because sustainable development of the Valley is a central goal in the region.
