I hereby wish to formally submit my application for internship. I am a certified Sommelier with comprehensive training in viticulture, wine tasting, and food and wine pairing, encompassing both Old World and New World wines. I have developed my professional career through hands-on experience in vineyards and wine hospitality projects. Currently, I serve as Head of Food and Beverage and Sommelier at a vineyard, where I am actively involved in quality control processes, staff training, and the design and implementation of wine experiences aimed at achieving the highest standards of service excellence.
I am WSET® Level 2 and Level 3 certifications with Merit, in addition to academic training in Modern Languages, which has enabled me to perform effectively in international environments and to contribute a well-rounded technical, cultural, and communicative perspective to the wine industry.
The opportunity to participate in a harvest would represent a significant step in my professional development, as well as a valuable platform for knowledge exchange within a setting that celebrates excellence, diversity, and innovation in wine.
