Led by Professor Gergely Szolnoki (Hochschule Geisenheim University) and carried out in collaboration with UN Tourism, the International Organisation of Vine and Wine (OIV), WineTourism.com, and the Great Wine Capitals Global Network, the Global Wine Tourism Survey is a major international research initiative aimed at generating reliable, up-to-date data for a rapidly evolving sector. The webinar will walk participants through the study’s key findings, offering valuable perspectives for destinations, wineries, policymakers, and all stakeholders committed to the sustainable development of wine tourism worldwide.
Following the initial presentations of the Global Wine Tourism Survey at the UN Tourism Conference in Plovdiv and the Great Wine Capitals Annual Conference in Bordeaux, the complete results will now be presented in full for the first time. This dedicated one-hour webinar will finally give space to explore the global patterns, emerging practices, and strategic insights revealed by the study.
