Since it was founded some twenty years ago, the BAM La Voie des Sens association has been offering gourmet outings on historic trains, all of which focus on the region’s wines, local produce and tasty artisans. The “Train du Vigneron” outings invite a different winegrower on each trip.

Meet a winemaker and share a meal and his wines with him! A winemaker to be discovered while enjoying an exceptional match between food and wines. On the way, admire the view of Lake Geneva, the Jura Mountains and the vineyards. You will enjoy a fine match between food and wines, designed exclusively by Les Artisans Cuisiniers in Bière. Based on the wines selected by the invited winemaker, Chef Stéphane Brioschi offers on each occasion a menu that sublimates the chosen wines.
