This little slice of paradise in the Walker Bay wine region was founded in 2002 and has a holistic approach to tourism and entertaining its visitors.
Balance, elegance, distinction and finess are the hallmarks of Creation’s wine range, with a focus on Chardonnay and Pinot Noir – both of which Owner and Cellar Master JC Martin is keenly attuned to. Their Tasting Room restaurant gives visitors curated experiences include a Canapé Pairing Menu which changes according to the local ingredients available, the Blackboard Menu providing a tantalising taste adventure for the palate, the popular 10am Brunch Pairing, the Wine and Chocolate Pairing, and even a non-alcoholic and amazingly aromatic tea and food pairing.
