On Thursday, November 2 at the Auberge de Bougy-Villars, the guest of honor L’Ecole de Changins welcomed visitors to a refined 5-course menu paired with a selection of its wines, presented by Julie Fuchs, a teacher at L’Ecole de Changins.
Tasting workshop: Chasselas, a long-keeping grape variety
An exceptional vertical tasting of Chasselas from Vaud from 1964 to 2018 is presented by Johanna Dayer and Julie Fuchs, both teachers at the Ecole de Changins.
The Bar des DiVINes!
Building on its success, the Bar des DiVINes! will once again be offering visitors to the show a well-deserved break in the calm of the Salle des Chevalières, with hot drinks, mineral water, beer, wine and sweet and savoury snacks.
