Walls in Lavaux | Testimonies of a landscape

Take a walk through some of the most beautiful scenery in Switzerland: the UNESCO-listed Lavaux vineyard terraces are criss-crossed with marked trails with stunning views over Lake Geneva and the Alps. Little trains on wheels help you up the incline so you can enjoy a walk at your own pace.

The Lavaux World Heritage Association and the winegrower – cellarer, Henri Chollet, collaborated in 2022 to create an awareness-raising film on the heavy and essential work of repairing the walls in the terraced vineyards of Lavaux inscribed since 2007 on the UNESCO World Heritage list.
