The Rudd Center for Professional Wine Studies at The Culinary Institute of America at Greystone is the ultimate setting to evaluate, appreciate, and communicate about wine.  Every detail of the Rudd Center, from its 4,500-bottle wine cellar to its choice of wine glasses, was designed to provide guests with the ultimate environment to learn about wine.  Each seat is equipped with light boxes featuring color-correct illumination to allow for optimal visual evaluation of wine color and clarity.

Temos ao dispor do cliente visitas guiadas à Quinta, pelas vinhas, lagares e cave de envelhecimento, seguidas de provas de vinhos, Porto e azeite. As nossas instalações estão disponíveis para grupos privados e outro tipo de eventos podem ser reservados. Estamos localizados no coração do Douro.

 

Quinta do Tedo

 Vincent and Kay Bouchard have restored and modernized an estate from the 18th century that produces internationally praised Douro and Port Wines, as well as high quality olive oil. They  provide guided visits in the estate, including  vineyards, wine making facilities and ageing cellars, followed by wine, Port Wine and olive oil tasting. Their facilities are available for private groups, and can be booked to host a varied kind of events. Visitors will find them in the very heart of the Douro region.

Delaire Graff Estate

Delaire Graff is one of South Africa’s most desirable art, hospitality and wine destinations.  It features two outstanding restaurants, a state-of-the-art winery, exclusive Lodges, a destination Spa and two luxury boutiques.  Guests of the Delaire Graff Wine Lounge are offered an opportunity to experience the ultimate tasting in a refined but inviting setting. The relaxed lounge allows its guests to enjoy a leisurely tutored tasting conducted by knowledgeable staff.

Quinta do Crasto

Located on the right bank of the River Douro, between Régua and Pinhão, Quinta do Crasto is an estate of around 130 ha, 70 ha of which filled with vineyards.

With its exceptional location above the Douro River, the estate´s swimming pool, made famous as it was designed by the renowned Portuguese architect Souto Moura, has been the reason for many visits and media reports over the last years.

Château Bouscaut

Niché au cœur de l'appellation Pessac-Léognan, à vingt minutes de Bordeaux, ce vignoble déjà connu au 17ème siècle compte 50 ha. Le Château Bouscaut a finalisé récemment une rénovation de grande envergure et construit un nouveau chai à barriques habillé de douelles. Donnant sur les chais, deux pièces ont été conçues pour proposer aux visiteurs de nombreuses animations œnologiques : accords mets-vins, assemblage de cépages, journées gourmandes… Une boutique y est ouverte depuis peu. Le Château accueille des manifestations professionnelles et peut proposer également de l’hébergement.
