I Tamasotti Winery offers some of the finest wines of the territory: Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG, Soave Biologico DOC and Valpolicella Superiore DOC. Here, the grape harvest is still made by hands, in order to select the perfect bunches, implying only sustainable farming techniques that protect the environment, in full harmony with the company’s vision of farming as close to nature as possible. Thanks to this commitment, I Tamasotti have recently obtained the biological certification for their wines and agricultural products. The wine cellar activity blends perfectly with the relais’ cuisine, made of simple but fine dishes, representing the typical local tradition and following the seasonality of the products. It is worth mentioning that pasta is prepared daily with eggs from their own chickens, and even the vegetables and organic oil are home-produced. This relais enables guests to be nicely immersed in the pure nature of the Verona hills.
