Viviani, Inc., established in 1980, promotes goodwill throughout the world by sharing Napa Valley and CA wine country with international clientele. We create exclusive, eco-friendly wine events to maximize our clients' personal experience in Napa Valley. We accommodate private groups of 2-2,000. We have 5 executives and 22 support staff and can create any wine experience our customers desire.
The Hess Collection Winery on Mt. Veeder produces distinctive estate-grown Napa Valley wines. The winery is also a showcase for Donald Hess' extensive private collection of international modern and contemporary paintings and sculpture. The gallery is in the winery visitor center and is open daily to the public without charge. By appointment, guests may also taste the wines with food pairings.
The Robert Mondavi visitor center was built in 1966 when tourism to the Napa Valley was nearly non-existent. Today, the winery features permanent and rotating art exhibits, including works by Beniamino Bufano. The winery just celebrated the 40th anniversary of its outdoor summer concert series, which benefit the Napa Symphony and have featured some of the world's most talented performers.
Situated in Rutherford, one of the premier Cabernet Sauvignon regions in CA, Rubicon Estate (the original Inglenook Winery) strives to preserve tradition as it crafts world-class wines. The original vineyards of the estate, founded in 1870, have been reunited and the historic chateau restored for winemaking. The beautiful, historic property is owned by renowned filmmaker Francis Ford Coppola.
Bauer’s Transportation’s “Wine Country Picnic” adventure begins at any Bay Area location (including hotels and private residences) and includes an eight hour day of touring. Bauer’s luxury, eco-friendly fleet features leather seated shuttles and motor coaches which are state of the art in passenger comfort. Wine appreciation courses are available at a number of restaurants, wine shops, and at the Ferry Building in San Francisco.
More than 120 wineries have tasting rooms that are open to the public, offering educational tastings and tours. Professional and consumer wine education programs are available at The Culinary Institute of America in St. Helena, Napa Valley College.
