This report presented during the GWC International Conference by Palbi Sharma Bhargava, Great Wine Capitals International Research Grant Winner 2023, delves into the influence and experiences of Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) communities in wine tourism. Focusing on Canada’s Okanagan Valley and Napa Valley and Sonoma regions in California, the report examines how these diverse groups shape and are shaped by the wine industry in North America.
